Mr. Nguyen Van Nguyen - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province - said that to prepare for this important exam, the Department of Education and Training has advised the Provincial People's Committee to establish a Provincial Steering Committee; and at the same time develop a plan to organize the exam in accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training.
According to the plan, the whole province is expected to arrange 35 official exam sites and 4 backup exam sites. The preparation of invigilators, grading staff, service forces, funds and facilities are also being deployed synchronously.

Educational institutions in the area are required to review and repair equipment, ensure electrical systems, fans, lighting, tables and chairs, surveillance cameras and other necessary conditions to serve the exam safely and seriously.
A new point in this year's preparation is that the Education sector organizes a mock exam on April 23 and 24 with a similar procedure to the official exam. This is considered an important "rehearsal" for students to get acquainted with the regulations, practice test-taking skills and stabilize their psychology before the real exam.
Through mock exam results, schools will have more basis to assess the quality of review, identify subjects that students are still weak in to adjust teaching content in the final stage.
Currently, the exam preparation atmosphere at high schools in the province is entering a peak period. Many schools are shifting from mass review to classifying students according to their abilities to increase efficiency.

At Tran Van Bay High School, this year there are 334 12th grade students. The school has assigned teachers to be in charge of each student group, strengthened tutoring for weak subjects and updated changes in the exam structure according to the new general education program.
Through surveys, Literature has quite stable results, while Math and English are still two subjects that many students face difficulties in. The school is focusing review time on these subjects to help students achieve safe scores.
At Cai Nuoc High School, nearly 1,000 students will participate in this year's exam. The school said that it has developed a review plan from the beginning of the school year, assigning professional groups to design content suitable for each student group and flexibly adjust according to the new direction of the industry.
In addition to the pressure from the graduation exam, 12th grade students this year are also affected by changes in university admissions such as an earlier exam schedule, tightening of academic transcript admission and adjusting score requirements in some combinations.
Therefore, many students proactively change their learning methods, increase self-study time, participate in supplementary review classes and carefully learn about enrollment information to choose suitable aspirations.
The 2026 high school graduation exam is expected to take place from the 11th to the 12th. 6. With early preparation from the education sector, local authorities and schools, Ca Mau is aiming for a safe and serious exam.
