Step 1: Access the registered link of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET): https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.
Step 2: Candidates log in to account information
Account information includes: CCCD/CMTND/DDCN number, login code and then fill in the correct blue confirmation code (with the distinction of printing flowers and regulars).
For free candidates, log in using the National Public Service Portal (the name is red), fill in account information or scan the VNeID code on the phone.
For free candidates when registering online using VNeID, they still have to print the exam form, request confirmation from the commune and ward police for the necessary documents and submit to the application receiving point along with the documents as before, adding points (if any). Therefore, you can register directly from the application submission stage if you do not want to register online.
Step 3: Change the login code
After logging in, the Login Code Change screen will be displayed.
Candidates change the login code (change password).
The changed password must be a strong password: including at least 8 characters, including digital characters, special characters, flower characters, and regular characters.
Step 4: Enter information on the online registration form
After successfully changing the login code, the online registration form entry screen will display.
Candidates enter information on the registration form. Candidates must fill in the correct information in their birth certificate and citizen identification card.
Step 5: Prepare an application form
Step 6: Print the registration form
Candidates log in to their account, selecting the following steps: Registration form - Registration form details - Print the registration form to the PDF file to be able to compare when necessary.
Note: Time to register for the 2025 high school graduation exam. According to official information from the Ministry of Education and Training in Appendix I issued with Official Letter 1239/BGDDT-QLCL in 2025, the specific time frame is as follows:
From April 10 to April 15, 2025, candidates will be given an account to register for the 2025 high school graduation exam.
From April 21 to 5:00 p.m. on April 28, 2025, candidates will register to take the exam and register for graduation recognition online. Cases of direct registration also submit documents during this time.
Previously, from April 15 to April 18, 2025, candidates will be able to practice registering online on the system. After this time, the system will return to its original state to prepare for the official registration.
