On March 31, the Department of Education and Training of Khanh Hoa province just sent a document to its affiliated units regarding the organization of high school graduation exam review for the 2026 - 2027 school year. In which, it is required to ensure quality, compliance with regulations and suitability with reality.
Accordingly, the Department has instructions and requests units to proactively review, supplement and adjust education plans, ensuring the completion of the program progress according to the school year time frame.
Students must be fully exposed to subjects, educational activities and meet the required requirements; strictly prohibit cutting programs.
Along with that, schools continue to assign teachers to ensure teaching norms according to regulations, prioritizing teachers teaching grade 12 to have more time to support students in exam preparation.
The education sector also encourages teachers to exploit and use review software and websites to provide materials, organize online tests and assessments, and manage students' review processes.
Reviewing is required to strengthen personalization, suitable for each student group; focusing on guiding learning methods, self-study, and knowledge lookup. At the same time, promote the application of information technology in management and testing, and evaluating review results.
The Department of Education and Training also requests units to review and classify students' levels to develop appropriate class arrangement and teacher assignment plans.
The organization of review only applies to students who have needs, not organized indiscriminately, avoiding waste and inefficiency. Schools need to organize self-study session 2 for students based on teacher guidance to improve self-study ability.
For trainees who are workers, currently studying in the continuing education program at the high school level or the vocational education program at the elementary and intermediate levels, units need to arrange reasonable study time to strengthen review.
The organization of mock exams for high school graduation exam subjects at the school or inter-school level must be suitable to actual conditions, implemented on the voluntary spirit of students, ensuring thrift, efficiency and compliance with regulations.
The Department of Education and Training of Khanh Hoa province said that it will strengthen inspection of implementation at units, promptly detect, rectify and support areas that are still facing difficulties in the implementation process.
