According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), after candidates have completed their wish registration and paid the admission fee, the time frames for the virtual filter process are as follows:
From 7:00 a.m. on August 13 to 5:00 p.m. on August 15: Check the database on the System.
From 7:00 to 4:30 p.m. on August 16: download the database on the System and organize the admission.
Within the next 4 days, from August 17 to 20, the Ministry of Education and Training will download the admission results of schools to the system (admission results of all admission methods) and return the results of wish processing to the schools 6 times to give the final results.

The virtual filtering process ensures that each candidate can only enter one of the highest single wishes. This helps reduce the virtual phenomenon in enrollment, that is, the number of candidates determined to be admitted does not accurately reflect the number of people who will actually enroll.
After 6 virtual filtering sessions, by 5:00 p.m. on August 20, schools will enter the admission scores and admission results into the system; review and prepare to announce the results of the first round of admission according to the general schedule.
Training institutions will notify first-round admission candidates before 5:00 p.m. on August 22.
Some schools have announced the schedule to announce the benchmark scores in 2025.
