After completing the virtual filter, from this afternoon until 5:00 p.m. on August 21, universities nationwide will announce their admission scores and lists of successful candidates.
According to the process, the system of the Ministry of Education and Training will conduct 6 virtual filtering sessions, of which the last two will take place today, before schools officially announce the standard scores as planned.
A representative of Hanoi University of Science and Technology informed that at 5:30 p.m. this afternoon, August 20, the school will summarize and hand over the results of the 2025 university admission to a group of 65 universities. Immediately after that, the admission results will be announced on the school's search system.
Previously, this school had issued a university admission score forecast for 2025. With the high school graduation exam scores, the majors expected to get the highest benchmark scores including Computer Science, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (Advanced program) with over 27.8 points.
Many other schools also plan to announce the benchmark scores today such as the University of Electricity, University of Transport Technology, Vietnam Women's Academy...
Parents and students can follow the 2025 university admission scores of all schools across the country updated on the website of Lao Dong Electronic Newspaper.
This year, nearly 850,000 candidates nationwide have participated in university admissions with about 7.6 million applications. Many training institutions said that the number of requests increased by 2.5 times compared to last year.
However, it is forecasted that the benchmark score will likely decrease because the common scores of the 2025 high school graduation exam are lower than previous years.
