To avoid overload, the Ministry of Education and Training divides the payment schedule for university admission fees in 34 provinces and cities according to 6 time milestones.

After the registration and adjustment of university aspirations ends, from July 15 to 5 pm on July 21, candidates must pay online fees through the National Public Service Portal.

Candidates should note that only when candidates successfully pay the fee, the aspirations will be eligible for the system to record and put into the common data processing cycles.

If this step is not completed on time, all previously registered aspirations will be considered invalid and will not be included in the system for admission consideration.

To pay the fee, candidates log in to the Ministry of Education and Training's system. In the nguyện vọng registration information section, candidates will see the "Payment" box. After clicking on this box, candidates check the information on the number of nguyện vọng, the amount to be paid and then confirm payment.

Candidates can pay through many channels such as Vietcombank, Vietinbank, Agribank, BIDV, SHB banks; VPBank, TPBank, MBBank, HDBank, or e-wallets such as VNPT Money, Momo, Viettel Money, and some other intermediary payment channels. All are displayed on the screen for candidates to choose from.
