On the afternoon of August 20, Hanoi University of Science and Technology informed about the adjustment of the virtual admission and screening plan for 2025.
Accordingly, the admission results for the Northern region (65 higher education institutions) will be announced at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025.
Previously, Hanoi University of Science and Technology announced that it is expected that at 5:30 p.m. on August 20, 2025, it will hold a summary meeting and hand over the results of the 2025 university admission to the entire group. Immediately after that, Hanoi University of Science and Technology will announce the results of the 2025 university admission on the lookup system.
Thus, the 2025 university admission scores of Northern universities will be later than originally expected.
On the same day, the Vietnam Women's Academy announced that the academy's benchmark score announcement schedule was as early as 5:00 p.m. on August 22 (previously, the academy was scheduled to announce on August 20.
The Vietnam Women's Academy also informed that after the 4th virtual screening session, the rate of temporary admission candidates to the Academy ranges from about 65% to over 100%. "Hot" majors such as Multimedia Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or Psychology... have almost reached the target threshold, while some majors still have room, creating more opportunities for candidates in the final virtual filter session tomorrow.
"The benchmark score of the academy after 4 virtual filtering is relatively stable, reasonably differentiated by industry group. It is forecasted that in the final session, some majors may decrease slightly within the range of 0.5 - 1 point, but overall there will not be major fluctuations compared to the previous session" - Vietnam Women's Academy informed.
According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, after completing the virtual filtering process, schools will announce the standard scores before 5:00 p.m. on August 22.
Before 5:00 p.m. on August 30, all admitted candidates must confirm their admission on the system (if they wish to study).
