The school's leaders said that the storm had moved to another province, the weather was quite stable, while parents suggested that students return to school, so they informed them to go to school from the morning of September 29.
However, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province requires schools to comply with the content of allowing students to stay home from school in the previously issued document, because the forecast of the storm's circulation is also very complicated.
