The above information was announced by Major Trieu Thanh Dat, a senior specialist of the Department of Training (Ministry of Public Security) at the 2025 Admissions Consulting Festival today, March 16.
Major Trieu Thanh Dat said that this year, police schools will enroll students according to three methods: Direct admission (for first prize students in the national excellent student selection exam, national science and technology competition, students in the international Olympic competition team); Considering the combination of assessment test scores and foreign language certificates; Considering the combination of assessment test scores and high school graduation exam scores.
A new point compared to last year is that the public security school block considers combining an international foreign language certificate with an assessment test instead of a high school transcript score.

It is expected that candidates with IELTS equivalent to 5.5 or higher can participate in the combined admission. Last year, the requirement was IELTS 7.5 for early admission candidates.

Candidates must register to submit their application to the ward/commune police before April 15 and complete the application, meeting the preliminary selection requirements according to the instructions of the ward/commune police officer.
