On April 10, Vo Thi Sau Primary School (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City) reported to the Department of Health, Medical Center, Department of Education and Training of District 7 about more than 20 students of this school experiencing vomiting, abdominal pain, and fever after returning from school on April 9.
According to the school's report, on the evening of April 9, parents with children studying at Vo Thi Sau Primary School reported that after returning home from school, many students had a lot of vomiting, unable to eat, and abdominal pain, so the family took them to the hospital for examination.
By the morning of April 10, the school had recorded 21 students who were absent from school for the following reasons: abdominal pain, vomiting and some students had diarrhea since the night of April 9. Of these, 7 children were examined at the hospital and taken home for care and monitoring. Currently, the situation of 21 students has become more stable.
It is known that Vo Thi Sau Primary School is using industrial meals provided by outside units.
