The award aims to discover, honor, encourage and motivate talented groups and individuals in various fields of social life; individuals who are self-taught, self-researched, have initiatives and creativity to contribute to the development of the locality and the country, contribute to improving human resources, meeting the requirements and tasks of national digital transformation, successfully implementing the task of socio-economic development, for a sustainable Vietnam.
The 2025 Vietnam Talent Awards, launched by the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, include the following areas: Digital Technology; Creative Youth; Medicine - Pharmacy; Education; Agriculture; Natural Resources and Environment; Encouragement of Learning - Self-study to become talented. The Awards are introduced and selected through the Association for Promoting Education in provinces and cities. Works and products can be sent to the Award Organizing Committee from April 15, 2025 to July 15, 2025.
On Vietnam Education Promotion Day (October 2, 2008 - October 2, 2024), the Vietnam Association for Education Promotion also held a 5-year review of Conclusion 49-KL/TW of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Directive No. 11-CT/TW of the 10th Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in education promotion, talent promotion, and building a learning society.
Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Doan, President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, said: Implementing the Party and State's guidelines, resolutions and policies on promoting education, promoting talents, building a learning society and the national digital transformation program, the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education initiated the Vietnam Talent Award in 2005.
Up to now, the Award has entered its 19th year, becoming a prestigious award of national stature.
The Party Central Committee issued Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW dated November 24, 2023 on "Continuing to build and promote the role of intellectuals to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable development in the new period". The "Vietnam Talent" Award will contribute to ministries, branches and scientists in implementing the movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society, lifelong learning in the period of 2023-2030" launched by the Prime Minister on June 10, 2023.
On behalf of the Central Standing Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education Nguyen Thi Doan hopes that the "Vietnam Talents 2025" Award will receive the attention and participation of ministries, branches, sectors, and scientists at home and abroad so that the award will be a great success and achieve its set goals.
