According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, at the Ly Thuong Kiet Secondary School exam site (Binh Tri Dong ward), the exam council recorded 3 exam papers with printing errors. Immediately after detecting the incident, the exam site implemented the procedure of opening backup exam papers according to regulations.
Because the distance from the reserve exam paper storage place to the exam room is quite far, moving takes 3-5 minutes, so the leaders of the exam council decided to make up for the exam time for the affected candidates to ensure their rights.
In addition to the exam question incident, some other unusual cases were also recorded in the morning exam session.
At the Long Truong Secondary School exam site, there were 2 candidates who had health problems during the exam. One candidate, a student of Hoa Sen Secondary and High School, had to be hospitalized. The exam site supported taking the candidate to a medical facility and guided the school to carry out procedures related to special consideration according to regulations.
The remaining case fainted immediately after receiving the exam papers. After being cared for in the medical room and recovering health, the candidate returned to the exam room to continue doing the test. According to regulations, candidates are not allowed to make up for the test time. The incident has been recorded.
At the Nguyen Du Secondary School exam site (Tan Thoi Hoa ward), a candidate in the process of doing the test missed page 2 of the exam paper and did it directly from page 3. After discovering it, the leaders of the exam council instructed the candidate to lock page 2 and continue doing the test from page 3. The incident was recorded in the abnormal record according to regulations.
Also in the morning exam session, at the Tran Quoc Toan Secondary School exam site - an exam supervisor - had abdominal pain and had to go to the medical room for treatment. After that, this official was arranged to take leave from duty in the afternoon exam session.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, all arising situations are handled in accordance with regulations, without affecting the progress of the exam organization.
This afternoon, candidates continued to take the Math exam with a test time of 90 minutes.
