On September 23, at the Hall of Fundamentals 2, Lang Son College, the Provincial People's Committee solemnly held a conference to announce the Decision to establish and appoint the leaders of Lang Son College.
At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the Minister of Education and Training on merging Lang Son Vocational College and Lang Son Medical College into Lang Son Pedagogical College, and renaming it Lang Son College, under the Provincial People's Committee.
Along with that, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued decisions to appoint school leaders. Accordingly, comrade Phung Quy Son, Principal of Lang Son Pedagogical College, was appointed to the position of Vice Principal in charge of Lang Son College.
Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Xuan Huyen emphasized that the establishment of Lang Son College not only has organizational significance but is also a strategic step in fundamentally innovating the vocational education system, demonstrating the province's determination in streamlining public service units in the direction of streamlining, efficiency and efficiency.
The province also encourages schools to expand cooperation with domestic and foreign enterprises and training institutions, mobilize social resources to continuously improve quality, and strive to soon become a high-quality college in the region.
