The Dong Nai Provincial Inspectorate recently announced the inspection conclusion No. 89/KL-TT dated December 4, 2025 of the Provincial Chief Inspector on compliance with legal regulations for the field of internal affairs and vocational education at Dong Nai Medical College.
Dong Nai Medical College is headquartered in Quarter 22, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai Province. The organizational structure includes: School Council, Board of Directors, 3 functional departments, 2 specialized departments (Faculty of Medicine - Pharmacy - Basic Sciences and Faculty of Nursing - Medical Technology). At the time of inspection, the total number of officials and employees of the school was 93.

According to the conclusion, through inspection, the school still has shortcomings and limitations. Regarding the work of recruiting and receiving civil servants, at the time of the inspection, the school had not reviewed, adjusted and supplemented the regulations on recruiting civil servants in accordance with current regulations.
The work of appointing and planning has not ensured the regulation "Each planning position shall not exceed 3 cadres and one planning officer shall not exceed 3 cadres at the same level". However, the additional planning for the 2020 - 2025 term and the planning for the 2025 - 2030 period have specified the positions according to regulations.
The cases at the time of appointment did not have certificates, certificates, and political qualifications that were not guaranteed according to regulations. However, at the time of inspection, the above cases had completed all certificates and met the qualifications and title standards according to regulations.
Documents requesting policies for appointment cases of departments and faculties introducing 1 specific personnel to carry out appointment processes and procedures that do not meet regulations; Some appointment records are still lacking, with incorrect formats, diplomas, and certificates that have not been certified according to regulations.
The inspection conclusion also pointed out that the delay in issuing notices to implement the reappointment review process did not comply with regulations; The reappointment dossier did not show the opinions of the Party Committee of the school, the University Council and the personnel proposed for appointment (only accompanied by the minutes of the meeting of the Party Committee of the school)...
No enrollment or training for 5 intermediate and elementary vocational majors
Regarding vocational education, the inspection conclusion clearly states that the school does not enroll and organize training for 4 intermediate-level majors and occupations (including: Pharmacy, Nursing, Rehabilitation Technology, Medical Testing Technology) and 1 primary-level majors and occupation (health care for the elderly) - which are not complete majors and occupations according to the issued Vocational Education Registration Certificate...
On October 15, 2025, the Inspection Team invited representatives of the Department of Education and Training to discuss and clarify a number of contents related to the field of vocational education at Dong Nai Medical College from 2022 - 2024. On October 20, 2025, the Department of Education and Training issued document No. 2642/SGDDT-GDNN with comments on the content related to the field of vocational education. Accordingly, a number of subjective and objective reasons were raised, not recommended to handle administrative violations and recommended that the school learn from experience and organize remedies for shortcomings in vocational education according to regulations.
The inspection conclusion shows that the Principal of Dong Nai Medical College, the leaders of departments, faculties and officers in charge of and advising are not fully and strictly responsible for the implementation, not ensuring legal regulations in the field of internal affairs and vocational education according to the results of the above inspection, verification and conclusions.
