50. University of Commerce
In 2025, the University of Commerce plans to enroll 5,020 students for 45 training programs including: 27 standard programs; 2 international dual degree programs; 15 international professional orientation programs (IPOP) and 1 advanced program.
49. Vinh University
In 2025, Vinh University plans to enroll students through 5 admission methods as follows:
Method 1 (301): Direct admission for candidates who are eligible for direct admission as prescribed in the Regulations on university admission and college admission for Preschool Education of the Ministry of Education and Training (admission for all majors/training programs).
Method 2 (303): Priority is given to direct admission according to Vinh University's Admissions Plan for excellent students at provincial and city levels, students from specialized high schools, and students with international English certificates valid for 2 years from June 5, 2025.
Method 3 (100): Admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam (admission for all majors/training programs).
Method 4 (200): Admission based on high school transcripts (admission for non-pedagogical majors/training programs).
Method 5 (405): Admission combines the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam with the aptitude test scores for 3 majors: Preschool Education, Physical Education and Architecture.
48. University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi
The University of Social Sciences and Humanities informed that the school's expected enrollment target in 2025 is 3,000 candidates (an increase of 700 compared to 2024).

In 2025, Binh Duong University of Economics and Technology plans to enroll students through 4 admission methods: Admission based on high school academic results (11th and 12th grade transcripts); Admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam; Admission based on the results of the 2025 Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam; Direct admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
In the 2025-2026 school year, the school will enroll 19 undergraduate majors, including two new potential majors: Chinese Language and Economic Law.
46. Hoa Sen University
In 2025, Hoa Sen University plans to enroll 3,000 students through 5 admission methods as follows: Admission based on 2025 high school graduation exam scores (method 1); Admission based on academic records (method 2); Admission based on capacity assessment according to Hoa Sen University standards (method 3); Admission based on the results of the 2025 capacity assessment exam of Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City National University (method 4); Direct admission to Hoa Sen University (method 5).
