M.A. Nguyen Quang Trung - Deputy Head of Communication and Enrollment Department, University of Commerce - said that according to the plan, in the 2026 enrollment season, the University of Commerce will consider about 6,100 quotas with 51 training programs. This is an increase in quotas compared to previous years, thereby expanding the chances of admission for candidates.

This year, the school continues to use 5 enrollment methods as in previous years.
The methods include: Direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; considering the results of the high school graduation exam; considering the results of separate exams such as HSA, TSA, SAT, ACT; considering combining foreign language certificates with high school academic results; considering combining provincial and city-level excellent student awards with high school graduation exam results.
The school maintains stable admission methods, creating conditions for candidates to have more choices. When registering, students can use all methods they meet the conditions, the system will automatically select the method with the highest conversion score for admission consideration" - M.A. Nguyen Quang Trung said.
In addition to using diverse admission methods, the school also expands admission combinations to suit the 2018 General Education Program and orient students' subject choices.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Dinh Quyet - Director of the Center for Business Relations and Employment of Thuong Mai University - said that expanding the admission combination aims to create conditions for many groups of candidates to have the opportunity to access the school's training majors.

The University of Commerce currently uses a variety of admission combinations. In addition to Mathematics and Literature, the school builds corresponding combinations for subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography, Economic and Legal Education, Informatics or Technology" - Mr. Quyet said.
According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Dinh Quyet, the school's goal is to create maximum conditions for candidates to have the opportunity to register for admission to majors suitable to their abilities and career orientation.
Regarding the conversion of admission scores, Master Nguyen Quang Trung said that all admission methods will be converted to the same score scale according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training to ensure fairness between groups of candidates.
This year, the school plans to make adjustments in point conversion in some methods to better suit the score distribution and ensure the rights of candidates. However, the conversion will have to be based on the high school graduation exam results as well as the regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Training" - Master Nguyen Quang Trung shared.
The school's score conversion table will be built based on the high school graduation exam results and this year's score distribution. After completing data analysis, the school will publicly announce it for candidates to refer to when registering their aspirations.
