On the morning of June 11, more than 22,000 Khanh Hoa candidates entered the first exam of the 2026 High School Graduation Exam with a test time of 120 minutes.
At about 6:40 am, all candidates were called into the exam room. The invigilator reminded candidates to check their belongings and send all belongings unrelated to the exam subject to the prescribed area, 25m from the exam room according to regulations.

At the exam sites in the province, the organization work was seriously deployed, ensuring safety and in accordance with regulations. Notably, a candidate with a broken leg was supported by police officers to be brought into the exam room.
Accordingly, Nguyen Duc Hoang - a student of Ly Tu Trong High School (Nha Trang ward) - broke his leg, so he was supported by police officers to move into the exam room at the Nguyen Thien Thuat High School exam site (Nha Trang ward).
Nguyen Duc Hoang said that the timely support of the functional forces added motivation for him to confidently complete the Literature exam in the morning.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Khanh Hoa province, this year's exam has more than 22,000 candidates registered to take the high school graduation exam. Of which, more than 18,340 high school students, more than 2,720 continuing education students and more than 900 freelance candidates.
To serve the exam, the Education sector arranged 52 exam sites with 949 exam rooms throughout the province. More than 3,900 people participated in organizing the exam, including 3,575 invigilators, 142 grading officials and many other support forces.
According to the exam schedule, in the afternoon of June 11, candidates continued to take the Math exam with a test time of 90 minutes. In the morning of June 12, candidates took the elective exam including 2 subjects among the subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Economic and Legal Education, Informatics, Industrial Technology, Agricultural Technology and Foreign Languages. The test time for each subject is 50 minutes.
