Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Yen is a teacher, recruited on October 1, 2011, with an intermediate level of pedagogical, code 15.115.
In 2022, Ms. Yen has a university degree but still holds the professional title of Grade IV Preschool Teacher, code V.07.02.01. On July 31, 2023, Ms. Yen was appointed as a Grade III Preschool Teacher, code V.07.02.26.
Other standards for training certificates for professional titles and achievements of Ms. Yen are all met according to regulations. Ms. Yen asked: "Am I eligible for consideration for promotion from Grade III to Grade II? ".
Responding to Ms. Yen's question, the Ministry of Education and Training said that the standards and conditions for considering promotion to the professional title of Preschool Teacher Grade II (code V.07.02.25) are implemented according to the provisions of Article 3 of Circular No. 13/2024/TT-BGDDT.
The time is included in the professional title of Preschool Teacher grade III (code V.07.02.26) according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 13 of Circular No. 13/2024/TT-BGDDT.
The Ministry of Education and Training recommends that Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Yen study the standards and conditions according to the above regulations, provide evidence to the competent authority for promotion in the locality to determine the level of compliance with the standards and conditions for considering promotion of the professional title of preschool teacher from Grade III to Grade II.
The Minister of Education and Training amends and supplements a number of articles of Circulars No. 01/2021/TT-BGDDT, 02/2021/TT-BGDDT, 03/2021/TT-BGDDT, 04/2021/TT-BGDDT dated February 2, 2021 of the Ministry of Education and Training stipulating codes, standards for professional titles and appointment and salary arrangement for teaching staff in public preschools and general schools.
