On October 10, Vinh University (Nghe An) issued Decision No. 2632/QD-DHV on recognizing candidate Lang Duc Bang as admitted to the regular university in 2025 under the direct admission method.
Lang Duc Bang (born on April 25, 2007, student of Nghe An Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities No. 2) is a candidate with 29 C00 scores in the 2025 high school graduation exam, with Literature score of 9.25 points, History score of 9.75 points, Geography score of 10. Thanks to the priority points, my total admission score is 29.37 points.
Before that, Bang was admitted to the Border Guard Academy but had to return to his hometown due to poor health. Although the school has created conditions for him to be treated in the hospital, the results are not positive.
After receiving a cooperation document from the Border Guard Academy, Vinh University reviewed and accepted the degree to study History Pedagogy.
The recognition of Lang Duc Bang candidate in the admission shows the humanity and flexibility of the school in ensuring legitimate learning rights for students in special circumstances.
Thus, after being unable to study at the Border Guard Academy due to health reasons, Lang Duc Bang has officially had the opportunity to continue his studies at Vinh University.
