Hanoi - A fire broke out on the 4th floor of a row of apartment buildings on De La Thanh Street (Lang Ward), initially determining that there were no casualties.

According to initial information, at around 9:30 p.m. on October 10, a fire broke out in a row of apartment buildings on De La Thanh Street (Lang Ward, Hanoi).

Smoke and fire rolled up, causing many people living near the scene to panic.

After receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police of Hanoi Police quickly approached the scene to put out the fire.

Talking to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper at more than 10pm, a representative of Lang Ward People's Committee confirmed that the fire occurred on the 4th floor of a row of apartment buildings on De La Thanh Street.

"The fire has been controlled by the authorities and is continuing to be extinguished and cooled down" - the representative said and added that he initially verified that no one was injured in the fire.

The cause of the incident is currently being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
