The water level at Song Cau station (Hanoi) in Luong Phuc is 9.90m, above alert level 3 (BD3) is 1.90m, trending down; Ca Lo River (Hanoi) in Manh Tan is 9.58m, above BD3 is 1.58m and is decreasing.

About people:
Currently, 18 people have died and gone missing (7 dead, 1 missing in Thai Nguyen; 1 dead in Cao Bang; 2 dead, 1 missing in Thanh Hoa; 6 dead, 10 injured in Bac Ninh.
Regarding housing:
1,577 houses were damaged and severely damaged
230,197 houses were flooded. As of 5:00 p.m. today, there are still about 66,648 flooded houses (Lang Son: 359 houses, Thai Nguyen 54,203 houses; Bac Ninh 6,343 houses, Hanoi 5,743 houses).
Regarding agriculture:

20 locations of the national highway were blocked due to landslides and flooding (46 locations less than the quick report at 5:30 p.m. on October 9).
Regarding electricity:
Floods have caused power outages to 549,915 customers in Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Cao Bang, Lang Son provinces; currently, 421,293 customers have been restored, while 128,622 customers continue to be restored.
