The school said that it will use the decentralization method according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), adjusted according to the characteristics of enrollment and training of Hanoi National University of Education.
Rough scores, root combinations, admission points and admission scores
According to the school's conversion method, the candidate's score according to each combination/metod, calculated on a 30-point scale, is called the rough score.
For example: the Physics Pedagogy training program for admission without coefficients has a rough score of SPT + Physics + Chemistry; Certificate of Literature Pedagogy for Literature considering the double subject has a High School President's Rough Score (Literature x 2 + History + Geography) x (3⁄4),...
Collecting rough scores, arranged in order, of all candidates applying to Hanoi National University of Education according to a combination/metode called a rough score column.
For each digital education program, there is a combination of high school graduation exam scores identified by the school as the original combination. To consider admission for an investment bank, each rough score column is converted to a root combination, forming an admission score column.
At the admission score column, a candidate can have more than one point: The highest score among scores originating from (converted) high school graduation combinations is called Admission Score 1 (DX1); The highest score among scores originating from the raw score according to the SPT combination is called Admission Score 3 (DX3). The largest score among the values of DX1, DX2, DX3 is called the Admission Point (DXT).

Principles of conversion and admission
In terms of the principle of conversion and admission, candidates do not need to convert themselves. The school conducts conversion to ensure compliance with regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training

Candidates get the highest score after conversion for admission.
The school agreed not to allocate quotas to methods/combined. The conversion ensures the same order from the rough points (according to the combination/metody) to the admission points: Candidates with higher rough scores according to the combination will also have higher equivalent conversion scores.
Candidates with valid admission wishes and the highest scores in each rough score column are selected to compare with each other.
Candidates can look up admission information on the admission portal of Hanoi National University of Education.
The school commits that at the admission score of a training major, only the scores ( rough score - for the original combination, DX2 or conversion score) associated with the wishes that candidates have registered on the Admission Information Portal of Hanoi National University of Education will be used for admission.
If registering for 2 e-cigarettes at Hanoi National University of Education, candidates can only be counted as successful (to submit a virtual filter on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training) with the most 1 e-cigarette, which is the e-cigarette with higher wishes.
For candidates who have taken the SPT exam or registered for admission under PT2, if their wish to register on the Ministry of Education and Training's Admissions Portal is different from the wish that the candidate had previously registered on the Admissions Portal of Hanoi National University of Education, the school has the right to refuse admission in part (other part) or completely.
The admission process is as follows:
Step 1: Receive data on high school graduation exam scores from the Ministry of Education and Training.
Step 2: Determine a detailed conversion plan including: converted milestones according to the decentralization of each point post, corresponding conversion milestone pairs between the two points points points; conversion ham is the linearity ham of each segment, for PT1 and PT3; Achievement scores and incentive scores for PT2.
Step 3: Announce the 2025 conversion table and create a database to look up admission score information on the school's Admissions Portal.
Step 4: Admit and filter virtual on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Step 5: Make a decision and announce the admission score and admission results.
