The highest expected tuition fee is expected to be 62.2 million VND/year for Medicine, Traditional Medicine and Dentistry, an increase of about 7 million VND compared to the previous school year. The lowest expected tuition fee is 16.9 million VND/year in social work.

In 2025, Hanoi Medical University plans to open 2 new training majors, including social work and medical imaging engineering.
In 2024, the school also opened 3 new majors, including psychology, obstetrics and dental residence technology. This is also the first year the school has considered admission in the C00 (literature, history, geography) group for the psychology major and D01 ( Math, Literature, English) for admission to the psychology major and public health major.
