Another school violence case raises the question of what made children of this age behave so coldly?
Imagine, the female student would use a chair to beat her friend, curse, and force the victim to take off her shirt, which is a form of humiliation, causing serious psychological harm.
More frighteningly, no one intervened, some children even filmed clips, as if violence was something to record, "entertain".
This is no longer about "bad boys in schoolyards", it is a manifestation of intentional violence, crowd mentality and alarming indifference.
It is necessary to say frankly, we cannot just blame the school.
School discipline can handle behavior, but cannot cure cognitive roots. The root lies in the family, where personality is formed first.
A child who is taught about limits, about compassion, about right and wrong, will not easily raise their hand to hit a friend, and even more cannot humiliate others in tears of pleading.
When family neglects, or education deviates from standards, spoils, is indifferent, or uses violence, children grow up with a moral void. That void does not disappear on its own, but will be filled by deviant, even dangerous behaviors.
The saying "teach children from the age of three" of our ancestors is not just empty advice, but a principle, the later the education, the more expensive the price to pay.
However, the role of the school cannot be denied.
A class that can still become a "violence scene" after school hours shows loopholes in management and supervision.
Schools not only teach knowledge, but must also be an absolutely safe place for students. If students can be beaten or humiliated right on the podium, then it is not just personal fault, it is a systemic issue.
Children who cause violence, if not corrected in time, are very likely to continue deviant behavior when they grow up, from school violence to law violations.
Society cannot consider these as "wild pranks". Each case of school violence is a warning sign of cracks in education.
To prevent it, it must start early, the family teaches children to love and respect, the school tightens discipline, moral education goes hand in hand with knowledge; and society strongly condemns and does not forgive.
If you don't teach from a young age, the price is not just a case, but could be a major disaster later.
