On the morning of September 5, Hoang Thi Loan Kindergarten (Truong Vinh ward, Nghe An province) held the opening ceremony of the new school year. Attending the ceremony were leaders of Hoang Thi Loan Textile Company and Truong Vinh Ward People's Committee.
The opening ceremony took place in a joyful and exciting atmosphere. The children wore school uniforms, holding national flags and balloons, and excitedly watched the art performances performed by teachers and students.
Ms. Do Thi Thanh Xuan - Principal of Hoang Thi Loan Kindergarten said that this year's opening ceremony took place smoothly, students came to school fully. The whole school currently has 190 students, of which nearly 50% are children of officials and workers of Hoang Thi Loan Textile and Garment Company.
In this school year, in addition to caring for, nurturing and educating children in accordance with the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training, the school will strengthen the organization of extracurricular activities and playgrounds to help children develop comprehensively in fine motor skills, rough motor skills, especially life skills.
The school will also organize playgrounds with the participation and companionship of parents. We hope these activities will help children become more confident and bold, and at the same time strengthen the connection between family and school, together building the best learning environment for children," Ms. Xuan shared.
Hoang Thi Loan Kindergarten is known as a large-scale school for workers' children in Nghe An. The school was invested and built by Hoang Thi Loan Textile and Garment Company, established in 2008 to care for and raise children of officials and workers of the enterprise.
Students who are children of workers do not have to pay tuition fees. Teachers are present at the school very early to pick up children and only leave after all children are picked up by their families, thereby creating conditions for workers to feel secure in their work, even during overtime.
Talking to reporters, the leader of Hoang Thi Loan Textile and Garment Company said that the enterprise always cares, invests and creates the best conditions for the school to care for and nurture workers' children, contributing to sharing difficulties with workers.
The school has an area of about 2,600m2. Classrooms have been upgraded, and equipment has been invested by the Company according to the provisions of Circular 02 of the Ministry of Education and Training. All officials and teachers of the school are employees of the Company, enjoy common regimes and have the 13th month salary.
