The Department of Education and Training (DET) of Ho Chi Minh City has announced the enrollment quota for grade 10 of 115 public high schools in the 2025-2026 school year.

The total enrollment target of public high schools is more than 77,000 students.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, the quota for grade 10 this year is calculated by the department to suit each area, in order to reduce pressure on students.
Accordingly, schools in suburban and suburban areas with a small number that need to control classes according to new rural standards will be assigned targets according to needs. As for schools in densely populated areas, the quota is assigned higher.

This year's 10th grade entrance exam in Ho Chi Minh City will take place on June 6-7. Candidates will take 3 exams: Math, Literature (120 minutes/subject), Foreign Language (foreign language 1 is being studied at school, the test time is 90 minutes).
