At the end of July 2026, 6 students will represent Vietnam to participate in the Finals of the World Office Informatics Championship (MOS World Championship) in Anaheim, California (USA). These are 6 contestants who won the First Prize at the National Finals, thereby winning the right to represent Vietnam to participate in the World Finals.
6 representatives of Vietnam include: Pham Duc Dung (Vietnam Maritime University); Pham Le Minh Tam (Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted, Ninh Binh); Nguyen Mai Chi (Vietnam Maritime University); Do Le Tuan Kiet (Thai Binh Duong Primary, Secondary and High School, Dong Nai); Nguyen Dinh Bao (Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, Da Nang); Phung Ngoc Uyen My (Chu Van An High School for the Gifted, Hanoi).

In particular, 153 contestants achieved a perfect score of 1,000 points. From this result, 150 best contestants entered the national final round, competing in 6 competition categories.

Speaking at the closing and national award ceremony of the 2026 World Office Informatics Championship (MOS World Championship 2026) held on July 13, Comrade Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association emphasized:
In the digital age, the competitiveness of each individual is not only measured by professional knowledge, but also decided by digital competence, innovation capacity and international integration capacity. Therefore, creating playgrounds according to international standards is of particular importance in developing young human resources.
Sharing about the results of this year's season, Ms. Doan Nguyen Van Khanh - Executive Director of IIG Vietnam Education Organization - said: "This year's season recorded the appearance of many new faces from localities that for the first time have representatives participating in the Vietnamese MOS Team participating in the World Finals, typically Da Nang city, Dong Nai province. This shows that the opportunity to access international skill standards is increasingly expanding, so that students from all regions can develop their potential and affirm their abilities".
The World Office Informatics Championship (MOS World Championship) is an international playground organized annually by Certiport Group (USA) for students aged 13 to 22 from 2002 to find and honor the most outstanding IT talents in the world in the skills of using Office Informatics applications. The competition was officially launched in Vietnam in 2010.
