Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Education and Training said that according to the Law on Civil Servants, civil servants can be transferred to a new job position if they meet the standards and conditions of that job position and the unit still needs a job position.
In case the school has a need, if the public employee fully meets the professional and nghiệp vụ standards of the job position of a teacher teaching Informatics and Technology and wishes to transfer to the job position of a teacher teaching Informatics and Technology, it needs to be approved by competent authorities and organized to implement the change of job position according to the provisions of law.
In the process of implementing job placement, it is necessary to pay attention to checking the pedagogical professional capacity of people who wish to transfer. At the same time, after implementing job placement, management and use agencies must create conditions for transferred people to attend appropriate training and fostering courses to improve professional and nghiệp vụ capacity.
For primary school teachers of grade III teaching Informatics and Technology, according to the provisions of Article 8 of Circular No. 30/2026/TT-BGDĐT, the standard training level is: Having a college degree or higher in a teacher training major suitable for a specific subject or having a college degree or higher in training majors suitable for a specific subject and having a certificate of pedagogical professional development for teachers corresponding to the teaching level as prescribed.
Salary ranking is implemented according to the provisions of Circular No. 02/2007/TT-BNV of the Ministry of Home Affairs. In case civil servants and public employees meet the standards and conditions and are decided by competent authorities to transfer civil servants and public employees from type A0 to type A1, it shall be implemented as the salary ranking method when promoting civil servants and public employees guided in Clause 1, Section II of this Circular.
