According to Mr. Thang, Mr. Vo Danh Thuan is currently an official under the management of the Standing Committee of the Sen Ngu Commune Party Committee. The consideration and handling are primarily under the authority of the local Party Committee according to regulations.
On the same day, Mr. Dang Dai Bang - Secretary of the Party Committee of Sen Ngu commune said that immediately after receiving the reflection from Lao Dong Newspaper, the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee sent a document to the newspaper to provide initial information about the incident.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Sen Ngu commune said that it has sent a document to the Department of Education and Training and the Le Thuy Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center to request verification and clarification of some related contents.
First, the entry conditions for the high school supplementary program in the form of periodic centralized study, both studying and working at Le Thuy Continuing Education Center according to current legal regulations at the time of 2004.
Second, is the reception and class arrangement of 10th grade continuing education for Mr. Vo Danh Thuan when he has not been recognized as graduating from junior high school or continuing education at the time of enrollment in accordance with regulations or not.
Third, in case errors are identified in the admission conditions, it is proposed to guide the principles of handling the issued documents, including the high school diploma, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law and the legitimate rights of learners.
The document of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Sen Ngu commune clearly states that after receiving the response from the Department of Education and Training and the Le Thuy Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center, the unit will have a document informing and responding to Lao Dong Newspaper according to regulations.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper received a reflection on Mr. Vo Danh Thuan showing abnormal signs during his secondary and high school supplementary education.
After verification, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province confirmed that the time of studying at the Department showed that Mr. Vo Danh Thuan participated in enrollment in high school continuing education when he had not graduated from secondary school continuing education.
The Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province has also sent a document to the Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education requesting clarification of Mr. Vo Danh Thuan's high school supplementary education when he had not graduated from secondary school supplementary education as prescribed.
