According to records, most recently at 3:00 p.m. on March 7, shuttle buses and taxis continuously took passengers to the transaction office of Tan Kim Chi Company Limited at No. 94, Mai Anh Dao Street.
At the same time, another sleeper bus with license plate 43H-054.19 was also waiting for customers here. Not only Tan Kim Chi, Quang Dung bus company was also reported for picking up and dropping off passengers on Nguyen Tu Luc Street.
According to the residents, both bus companies have been operating like this for a long time, putting pressure on the route, which has only one lane, while the city is crowded and narrow. In particular, Mr. C.Q.H - a passenger - filed a complaint against Quang Dung bus company to the Inspectorate of Lam Dong Province Department of Transport.
Mr. H said that he had booked a ticket from Da Lat City to Da Nang City but could not receive it when getting on the bus. After many contacts, he was still not provided with valid tickets or invoices.
