Binh Dinh spends more than 1,600 billion to build a road connecting the expressway to the industrial park

    Binh Dinh has agreed to invest in the construction of a connecting road project from the North - South Expressway to Hoai My Industrial Park, with a total investment of more than 1,600 billion VND.

    On May 31, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan agreed in principle to invest in the construction of the North-South Expressway connecting road project to Hoai My Industrial Park (IP), Hoai Nhon town.

    The project has a total length of more than 9km, including two sections: The main section connecting the North - South expressway with Area A of Hoai My Industrial Park and the branch section connecting to Area B of this industrial park.

    The total preliminary investment of the project is about 1,616 billion VND, using state budget capital managed by the province and other legal capital sources. Of which, the cost of compensation, support and resettlement is 486 billion VND; the cost of construction and equipment is 874 billion VND...

    The project will be implemented in the period of 2025-2029. Specifically, in 2025, investment preparation will be carried out; from 2026, compensation, support and resettlement will be implemented, and construction will begin; strive to complete the entire project in 2029.

    The Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Traffic and Civil Works Project Management Board to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and localities to implement investment procedures, submit to competent authorities for appraisal and approval to implement the project in accordance with regulations.

    Regarding Hoai My Industrial Park, Binh Dinh province is completing the 1/2000 scale Construction Zoning Plan for this industrial park. According to the plan, Hoai My Industrial Park will be implemented in Hoai Nhon town with an area of about 600 hectares, playing an important role in the province's industrial development strategy.
