Therefore, the two sides agreed that the company will continue to resolve the remaining benefits for employees before June 20.
On June 4, the Company paid wages, deposit debts, savings, severance pay, and shares to 9/12 cases with a total amount of more than 102 million VND. There are 3 cases with more than 47.6 million VND unpaid. In which, Mr. Le Dinh Quynh (over 19 million VND), Dao The Long (18.9 million VND), Huynh Thai Thinh (9.7 million VND).
The amount of social insurance debt of more than 760 million VND of 12 company employees has not been settled.
According to the representative of Mai Linh Nha Trang Company Limited, on the morning of June 4, he contacted the social insurance agency to determine the debt for the two cases, Mr. Nguyen Vu Bang and Mr. Nguyen Than (deceased) to make an official dispatch to the Social Insurance agency to close the books for these two cases.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Quan, a driver who has worked in Mai Linh Nha Trang for nearly 14 years and is the son of Mr. Nguyen Than - said: "The company has paid my father's unpaid wages and deposit debts. As for social insurance (more than 88 million VND - according to the company's statistics), it will be implemented tomorrow. I'm still waiting."
Regarding the employee's vehicle documents, Mai Linh Nha Trang Company Limited has not yet returned them to the affected cases.
On June 3, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor sent an official dispatch to the leaders of Mai Linh Group Joint Stock Company and Mai Linh Nha Trang Company Limited regarding the final settlement of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees at Mai Linh Nha Trang Company Limited.
In the minutes of the meeting on May 8, the enterprise committed to implementing the following contents before May 31, 2025, including: closing social insurance books for emergency cases of employees (working accidents, death, illness, etc.); paying employees a deposit (eland pension); returning all relevant vehicle documents to employees.
However, through grasping the information of union members and employees that up to now the deadline has passed, Mai Linh Group Joint Stock Company and Mai Linh Nha Trang Company Limited have not yet resolved the committed contents.
Therefore, to ensure the rights and interests of union members and employees, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor requires Mai Linh Group Joint Stock Company and Mai Linh Nha Trang Company Limited to urgently and seriously resolve the issue.
