The police also receive information feedback through other units such as press agencies, the website of the Ministry of Public Security, the Traffic Police Department (csgt.vn)...

In addition, the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police has started receiving reports of violations via Zalo "Hanoi Traffic Police Department".
