On May 29, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province held a conference to sign a commitment to construct component project 1 - Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway and component project 3 - Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, completing technical traffic before December 19, 2025.
At the conference, leaders of Truong Son Construction Corporation and Joint Stock Company 471 - representing the contractors for the two above-mentioned projects - committed to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to complete the construction of construction packages for projects to open to technical traffic before December 19, 2025.
To fulfill this commitment, contractors will focus on mobilizing machinery, equipment, human resources and increasing construction in 3 shifts, 4 teams to speed up the progress of the projects. At the same time, contractors also hope that the province will continue to support and quickly complete the relocation of technical infrastructure systems, providing sources of earth filling and construction stone for project construction.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Xuan Dung suggested that contractors had committed to completing and making efforts to achieve the goal of opening the two projects to technical traffic before December 19, 2025. The construction process must ensure safety, quality and especially not affect the lives of people around the construction area of the projects.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc said that for these two projects, Dong Nai has basically completed site clearance work, removing difficulties and obstacles in construction materials. Therefore, the current task is for investors, contractors must speed up construction, compensate for the delayed progress and complete the signed targets.
The Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (Investor of the two projects mentioned above) said that up to now, component project 1 - Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway has reached 32% of the contract value, 30% behind schedule; Component project 3 - Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City has reached 36% of the contract value, about 6% behind schedule.
