On May 29, information from the Department of Construction said that the Provincial People's Committee invited investors to the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project, construction site through Vinh Cuu, Trang Bom, Thong Nhat, Long Thanh districts of Dong Nai province.
The project has a total investment of phase 1 (excluding interest) of about VND 24,759 billion, in the form of public-private partnership (PPP).
The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project passing through Dong Nai province has a total length of more than 45km, starting at Thua Duc commune, Cam My district ( bordering Ba Ria - Vung Tau province), ending at Thu Bien bridge, Vinh Cuu district. Phase 1 is invested with a scale of 4 lanes, the roadbed is 25.5m wide.
The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project, the section passing through Dong Nai province, includes 2 component projects: Component Project 1-2 (land clearance and construction of residential access roads) and Component Project 2-2 (construction of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4).
The project implementation progress is to complete compensation, support and resettlement in 2026 and start construction in the first and second quarters of 2026, completing the project in 2028.
The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project passes through 5 provinces and cities: Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An and Ho Chi Minh City.
