According to information from the Hanoi Department of Transport, from now until February 28, 2025, a pilot program will be conducted to adjust traffic organization on An Trach Street, Dong Da District and Minh Khai Street at the Minh Khai intersection - Lane 349 Minh Khai - Entrance to Vinmec Times City Hospital (internal road No. 3), Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.
In particular, An Trach route will organize traffic for automobiles to travel in both directions, specifically banning trucks and passenger cars from traveling on An Trach route from Hao Nam to Cat Linh.
For Minh Khai Street, prohibit vehicles from lane 349 Minh Khai from going straight and turning left onto Minh Khai Street.
Organize vehicles that need to go towards Vinh Tuy Bridge to continuously turn right and make a U-turn at the Minh Khai - Mai Dong Bridge intersection.
Adjust one-way traffic organization for vehicles at the entrance to Vinmec Times City Hospital (Internal Road No. 3) in the direction and section from Internal Road No. 2 to Minh Khai Street.
At the same time, organize for vehicles going from Minh Khai (direction of Mai Dong bridge) wanting to go to Vinmec Hospital to go straight, turn right at the main gate of Times City Urban Area.
Add rubber bollards at the exit to Ring Road 2 to limit vehicles from turning around and entering Times City Urban Area.
The Department of Transport assigned the Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board to carry out the pilot project and guide the Times City Urban Area Management Board to install additional signs, directional signs, markers, etc. according to the pilot plan to adjust traffic organization.
The Department of Transport Inspectorate and the City Police Traffic Police Department arranged forces to coordinate with relevant units to organize traffic flow guidance for vehicles to ensure traffic safety and avoid congestion.
Hai Ba Trung District People's Committee arranged the District Police force to coordinate with the Hanoi Department of Transport Inspectorate and Hanoi City Traffic Police to organize a pilot implementation, inspect and handle violations of traffic safety and order, encroachment on sidewalks and roads for business purposes, illegal parking causing traffic insecurity and traffic congestion on roads and intersections.
Units monitor and evaluate traffic situations on routes and areas to promptly detect problems and propose appropriate traffic organization adjustments.
