On April 10, implementing the coordination plan between Al Ba Commune Police and Traffic Police Team No. 1, Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police on ensuring traffic order and safety, public order in the area in 2026, functional forces have deployed many practical activities.
In order to help people participate in traffic proactively and safely, and at the same time soon identify tractor trucks traveling in the same direction and in opposite directions, especially at night, the Order Police force of Al Ba Commune Police has coordinated with the Traffic Police Team of the area (old Chu Se district) to organize propaganda and for 67 tractor truck owners to sign commitments to strictly comply with regulations.
The content of the commitment includes: not carrying people behind the truck bed; not modifying or expanding the truck bed; not carrying bulky goods encroaching on the road and sidewalk; not stopping or parking in violation of regulations and other violations.
At the same time, functional forces guided the pasting of reflective paper warning the front and rear of the truck beds for 67/67 vehicles. In addition, the unit also issued 24 sets of reflective paper to households far away who could not bring vehicles to the gathering location as notified.
Through this, vehicle owners raise awareness and understand regulations in managing and using agricultural vehicles when participating in traffic, especially during peak agricultural harvest seasons.
