On the evening of June 6, a serious traffic accident occurred at Km 34+200 National Highway 1A, the section avoiding Hue City (Thuy Chau Ward, Huong Thuy Town).
According to initial information, 3 passenger cars with license plates 37H-149.0X, 37H-148.8X and 43B-019.5X were traveling in the South - North direction, when arriving at the above location, they collided continuously. At the time of the incident, the 3 vehicles were carrying a total of 108 passengers.
Among the victims, the bus conductor and 4 passengers on bus 43B-019.5X were seriously injured, 4 passengers on bus 37H-148.8X were injured due to the collision.
Currently, Hue City authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
