The underground tunnel is built in the direction of Vinh Tuy and Dam Quang Trung street at the intersection between Co Linh street and the two ends of Vinh Tuy bridge - Dam Quang Trung street.

Currently, Hanoi has a total of 4 underground tunnels put into use at 4 major traffic intersections including: Kim Lien, Trung Hoa, Thanh Xuan, Le Van Luong. A tunnel under construction is the tunnel on Ring Road 2.5 at the Giai Phong - Kim Dong intersection.
