Parking in the wrong direction, a concrete tanker truck in Thai Binh was fined

Thai Binh - The driver of the "Cat Dai Loi" concrete truck was just fined by the Traffic and Order Police Team - Thai Binh City Police for a traffic violation.

On the afternoon of December 12, information from the Traffic and Order Police Team - Thai Binh City Police (Thai Binh Province) said that at around 8:00 a.m. the same day, on Quang Trung Street (Thai Binh City), during a patrol, the unit discovered a tanker truck carrying fresh concrete with license plate 17C-101.38 bearing the logo of the brand "Cat Dai Loi Concrete" - illegally parked in the middle of the road to pump concrete for a construction project - obstructing other vehicles participating in traffic, posing a potential risk to traffic safety.

The Traffic and Order Police Team - Thai Binh City Police immediately drew up a record and handled the violation against the driver of the concrete tanker with license plate 17C-101.38 "Cat Dai Loi" brand for the violation of "stopping the vehicle against the traffic direction of the lane".

Clause 2, Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP and Decree 123/2021/ND-CP stipulate a fine of VND 400,000 to VND 600,000 for car drivers who stop or park their vehicles not close to the right edge of the road in the direction of travel in a place with a narrow curb or no curb; stop or park their vehicles against the direction of traffic of the lane; stop or park their vehicles on the fixed median strip between the two lanes...

If causing an accident while committing the above violation, the driver will also have his/her driving license revoked for 2 to 4 months.
