On September 2nd, according to Ninh Binh Provincial Police, this year's National Day holiday September 2nd lasts up to 5 days (from August 29th to September 2nd), the traffic volume of people and vehicles in Ninh Binh province increased sharply, especially in tourist, entertainment and recreational areas, posing a risk of traffic accidents and prolonged traffic jams.
Accordingly, from August 26 to September 30, forces under Ninh Binh Provincial Police simultaneously launched campaigns to implement peak periods to ensure traffic order and safety during the National Day holiday of September 2, Peak Month of traffic safety for students going to school and general inspection and handling of violations for transport business vehicles.
In the process of performing tasks, the Traffic Police force proactively coordinates with the Criminal Police, Drug Police, Mobile Police, Order Police and Police of wards and communes to focus on handling acts that are direct causes of traffic accidents. In which, functional forces pay special attention to handling violations of alcohol concentration, drugs, speed, lane, lanes, acts of swerving, zigzagging, carrying more people than prescribed, gathering in groups to disturb public order, intentionally causing injury... especially in tourist areas, entertainment areas, festivals.
Along with that, coordinate with functional agencies to promote propaganda and education of knowledge and skills to participate in safe traffic for all classes of people, especially teenagers, students, and pupils; sign commitments to comply with traffic laws and not to commit violations.
Thanks to the efforts of the Provincial Police force, although the number of tourists increased sharply during the National Day of September 2nd, the security and order situation, traffic safety and order... in Ninh Binh province were basically ensured, without complicated or unexpected situations occurring.
