Nearly 100% of the site is reclaimed
On May 23, the Enforcement Board of Thuan An City People's Committee organized the compulsory land recovery of a ceramic enterprise in Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province to clear the construction site for the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Binh Duong Province.
The authorities have enforced the recovery of land of an area of 4,171 m2 of this enterprise. This is one of the last businesses and individuals in Thuan An city to need land acquisition to implement the construction of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project.

For the section passing through Di An city, the site clearance work for Tan Van intersection has also been completed. Thus, up to this point, nearly 100% of the site in Thuan An city can be handed over to the construction unit.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, the project to clear land and resettle to build Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 has a total investment of VND 13,528 billion. The land area to be recovered is 129 hectares.

Striving to basically complete the main expressway route by the end of the year

The construction package from Binh Chuan to Saigon River, 8.9 km long, has also taken shape. Many sections of the road have been paved with stone and compacted. The sections of the overpass have also been completed, and the units are constructing the piers and bridge deck.

Notably, the Binh Goi Bridge construction package has been implemented quite smoothly. The bridge has now taken shape and is preparing to be closed.
Binh Duong province is striving to basically complete about 80% of the project volume by December 2025, basically completing the main expressway route.
For the 15.3 km section that overlaps with My Phuoc - Tan Van road, Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate with Becamex IDC to study upgrading 4 lanes of high-speed vehicles connecting to the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 expressway system.

Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 is 76 km long, passing through 4 localities including Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An. The project started in mid-2023, with the goal of basically completing in 2025 and completing the entire project in 2026.
The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 passing through Binh Duong province is about 26.6 km long, with a total investment of VND 19,280 billion.
