From March 15, Hanoi Department of Construction adjusted traffic organization on Nguyen Phan Chanh street to serve the construction of the project "Renovation of downstream Kim Nguu route connecting To Lich River with Yen So Pumping Station".

On Bang Liet street, cars are prohibited from going straight through the Cau Dau intersection.
Phase 3 continues construction at the Nguyen Phan Chanh - Bang Liet intersection with 3 sections, each section occupying 1/3 of the road cross-section.
For section 2 (corrugated iron fence in the middle of the intersection), cars are allowed to circulate in both directions on Nguyen Phan Chanh street, and it is also forbidden for cars from Nguyen Huu Tho street to go straight through the intersection in the direction of Ring Road 3.
For section 3 (corrugated iron fence on the park side), it is forbidden for cars from Nguyen Phan Chanh street to turn right onto Nguyen Huu Tho street.
The contractor continues to construct step by step, restoring the asphalt concrete layer before deploying the next items.
