Hanoi Department of Construction organizes one-way traffic for vehicles on lane 15 Ngoc Hoi in the direction from Tran Thu Do street to the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway connection, with a maximum allowed speed of 50km/h.
At the Giai Phong - Do Muoi - Hoang Liet intersection area, functional units added a branch road under the elevated Ring Road 3 in the direction from Do Muoi street turning left to Ngoc Hoi. Specifically, branch No. 1 (opposite house number 23 Do Muoi street) organizes for vehicles turning left to Ngoc Hoi and passenger cars to enter Nuoc Ngam bus station; prohibits trucks with a total weight of over 10 tons.

At the Ramp B and Ramp C branches from Ring Road 3 elevated to the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway, the Hanoi Department of Construction adjusts the maximum allowed speed to 60km/h. For the section in front of the connecting road from alley 15 Ngoc Hoi at Km182+270, the allowed speed is about 200m, 50km/h.
For the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway service road, the section from the end of lane 15 Ngoc Hoi to building A6 Student dormitory, organize one-way traffic in the direction from the alley in front of Tran Thu Do Park gate to the intersection of building A6 - Student dormitory.
Vehicles from the Tu Hiep area to the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway go through the alleys: Alley 161 Ngoc Hoi; alleys in front of buildings A4, A1 Student dormitory area to Tran Thu Do street.
According to the traffic diversion plan, vehicles from Hoang Liet who need to go to Thanh Tri bridge or Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway will follow the route: turn right onto Ngoc Hoi street - reach the traffic light intersection of Ngoc Hoi alley 15 - turn left into Ngoc Hoi alley 15 - go straight to the traffic light intersection of alley 15 - Tran Thu Do - turn left onto Tran Thu Do street to go to Thanh Tri bridge or continue straight to Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway.
Vehicles from Giai Phong street to Thanh Tri bridge and Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway are routed in the following directions: Giai Phong - turn left Do Muoi - go straight on Do Muoi street through Phap Van intersection - go to Ring Road 3 - go to Thanh Tri bridge; or Giai Phong - turn left Do Muoi - to Phap Van intersection - turn right into Phap Van expressway.
In addition, vehicles can go in the direction: Giai Phong - turn left Do Muoi - turn right into Tran Thu Do - turn left into the road next to Tran Thu Do Park - follow the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway access road - enter the expressway through the access road to alley 15 Ngoc Hoi.
Vehicles from Van Dien, Tu Hiep to Thanh Tri bridge and Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway travel on the following route: from Ngoc Hoi street turn right to Nguyen Bo - to Nguyen Bo - Nguyen Bac intersection - turn left into Tran Thu Do - go straight to Do Muoi street to go to Thanh Tri bridge or turn right into alley 15 Ngoc Hoi to enter Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway.
Hanoi Department of Construction requests the Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board to fully install a system of directional signs and prohibition signs according to the traffic organization plan on Ngoc Hoi, Tran Thu Do, Do Muoi, lane 15 Ngoc Hoi, Nguyen Bo, Nguyen Bac routes; and at the same time install no-stopping and no-parking signs on lane 15 Ngoc Hoi in each direction of traffic.
