According to the representative of Tri Nam Digital Transport Joint Stock Company, it is expected that in the first quarter of 2026, the enterprise will expand its scale to 2,0005,000 vehicles, mainly concentrated in the Ring Road 1 and Ring Road 2 areas.
According to the plan, each vehicle is expected to serve an average of 5 trips/day, equivalent to a total of 250,000 trips/day; 7.5 million trips/month and 90 million trips/year. The expected rental price of electric bicycles is 20,000 VND/30 minutes and 35,000 VND/60 minutes. Long-term tenants will enjoy many incentives and discounts.
Mr. Do Ba Quan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tri Nam Digital Transport Joint Stock Company, said that the replication of the model aims to gradually replace motorbikes using fossil fuels in the inner city, contributing to the formation of a green, smart, zero-emission personal transport network; at the same time, promoting the development of a more efficient, comprehensive and community-friendly public transport system.
Tri Nam Digital Transport Joint Stock Company is also the unit that has put public bicycle services into service in Hanoi since August 24, 2023. In the first pilot phase, Tri Nam deployed this model at 79 stations in the capital with 1,000 vehicles. Bus stations are arranged to connect with bus stops, parks, and tourist attractions, ensuring that people can easily walk to access the service.
