On September 12, the Office of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province said that the Department of Transport issued a Notice prohibiting all passenger transport vehicles from circulating through the area of route Km3+500 of provincial road 445.
Accordingly, the impact of storms and rains caused landslides on the negative slope and subsidence of the road surface on section Km3+500 of Provincial Road 445 (in Ky Son ward, Hoa Binh city), damaging the road traffic infrastructure.
To ensure traffic safety for people and vehicles participating in transportation through the above area, the Hoa Binh Department of Transport announces passenger transportation activities through the above route, as follows:
All passenger transport vehicles are prohibited from circulating through the area of Km3+500 Provincial Road 445 in Hoa Binh province until repairs are completed.
Passenger vehicles proactively choose other routes to ensure safety for people and vehicles participating in traffic.
For fixed-route passenger transport vehicles passing through the section Km3+500 Provincial Road 445, they move in the direction of Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh road to go to other provinces and cities and vice versa.
Previously, on September 9, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province also issued a document on traffic organization through provincial road 445 through Hoa Binh city due to the impact of storms causing landslides on Ngoi Mai bridge (Km 8+310).
Accordingly, people and all types of vehicles (including motorbikes and rudimentary vehicles) are prohibited from crossing Ngoi Mai bridge starting from 12:00 noon of the same day.
Traffic flow and organization plan for people and vehicles traveling from Ky Son ward to Thinh Minh commune (Hoa Binh city) and vice versa, need to circulate through Ngoi Mai bridge as follows:
