To celebrate the 14th National Party Congress, on January 14, Vu Thu commune, Hung Yen province organized the groundbreaking ceremony for road No. 2 extending the section from bypass S1 to provincial road 454.
The project to build road No. 2 extending the section from bypass S1 to provincial road 454 in Minh Lang commune (old) now Thu Tri commune was approved by Vu Thu District People's Committee (old) according to Decision No. 3375/QD-UBND dated June 10, 2024 and adjusted according to Decision No. 1107/QD-UBND dated September 17, 2025 with a total investment of more than 380 billion VND.
The project belongs to group B, a level II traffic project invested by Vu Thu Commune People's Committee.
The road has a length of 3,320m, a cross-section width of 34m, of which the road surface width is 21m with the starting point of the section from bypass S1 at Km90+340 in Vu Thu commune, the ending point of the route intersecting with provincial road 454 at Km19+580 in Thu Tri commune.
According to the design, the road is synchronously planned, modern infrastructure, with beautiful landscapes. When completed, the road is of great significance in promoting development and completing transport infrastructure, contributing to maximizing the potential and strengths of socio-economic development of the locality as well as neighboring areas.
