Prosecution of driver who crashed into a house, killing a girl

    Tuyen Quang provincial authorities have prosecuted the driver who drove a car into a house, killing a girl, which occurred at the end of 2024.

    On February 27, information from Tuyen Quang City Police said that this unit had issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Nguyen Khuong Duy (31 years old, Yen Son district) for the crime of "Violating regulations on road traffic".

    Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, at around 4:30 p.m. on December 21, 2024, a car with license plate 22A - 186.xx while traveling on the road in Nong Tien Ward (Tuyen Quang City) suddenly hit a motorbike going in the wrong direction on the road and crashed into a house, hitting a 17-month-old girl, causing the victim to die later.

    Through verification, driver Duy was the driver of the car. At that time, this person was working in the Security sector in Tuyen Quang province.

    The authorities are completing the dossier to handle it according to regulations.
