On June 12, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 - Duc Lap under the Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police coordinated with Dak Mil Commune People's Committee to organize propaganda, disseminate laws, and paste reflective decals.

On this occasion, the traffic police force signed a commitment to comply with traffic order and safety regulations for small tractor-trailer drivers (farm trucks) in the area.
At the propaganda session, the traffic police force disseminated regulations on driver conditions, technical standards of vehicles, regulations on transporting goods, agricultural products and legal responsibilities when violating or allowing traffic accidents to occur.

Farm truck drivers are guided to implement commitments such as: Driving vehicles in accordance with the driver's license class, not using alcohol and beer while driving, carrying the correct tonnage, not using self-made vehicles or not ensuring technical safety conditions to participate in traffic.
The program attracted 108 vehicle owners and people to participate. Through this, functional forces organized 4 tractor-trailer building facilities and 108 vehicle owners to sign a total of 112 commitments to comply with the law on traffic order and safety.

According to the traffic police force, reflective stickers help increase vehicle recognition at night, contributing to limiting the risk of traffic accidents on roads.
Mr. Tran Quan Nhan (Dak Mil commune) said that through the propaganda session, people better understand the provisions of the law on road traffic, and at the same time become more fully aware of their responsibilities when driving agricultural vehicles participating in traffic.
Mr. Le Van Diep - Vice Chairman of Dak Mil Commune People's Committee - assessed that propaganda activities, reflective stickers and signing commitments are of practical significance. Thereby, contributing to raising people's awareness and awareness of law compliance, limiting the risk of traffic accidents in the area.

Lieutenant Colonel Van Ngoc Lap - Head of Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 - said that agricultural tractors and tractor-trailers are common means of serving agricultural production in the locality.
However, many vehicles still circulate on national highways and provincial roads when they do not fully ensure technical safety conditions, posing a risk of accidents.
According to Senior Lieutenant Colonel Lap, tractor-trailers and tractors are not allowed to carry people on the truck bed when participating in traffic. This is an act that potentially poses a very high risk of accidents, especially on roads with high vehicle density.
In the coming time, the traffic police force will continue to coordinate with local authorities to promote propaganda and mobilize people to strictly comply with regulations on traffic order and safety; and at the same time strengthen patrols, inspections, and strictly handle violations.
