On August 4, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi signed a decision to establish the Lam Dong Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
The center was established on the basis of merging the Land Fund Development Center under the provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment, the land fund development department of 10 Construction and Public Works Project Management Boards in Lam Dong, and 8 Project Management and Land Fund Development Boards in Dak Nong province (before the arrangement).
This is a public service unit under the Provincial People's Committee. Along with that, the province also established two branches under the Center: Branch No. 1 managing Binh Thuan area, Branch No. 2 managing Dak Nong area.
The Director of the Center is responsible for organizing activities continuously, smoothly, in accordance with legal regulations, without interruption of work.
Previously, on July 28, Mr. Ho Van Muoi worked with departments, branches and project management boards to remove obstacles and promote the progress of transportation projects and national key projects in the area.
Mr. Ho Van Muoi - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee agreed to assign the Land Fund Development Center as the unit and the main contractor to direct and coordinate with communes and wards to promote site clearance for projects.
